Our mission is to contribute to the overall socio-economic development of African nations by promoting and investing in human capital through health, specifically by advancing progress toward UHC. We support governments, partners, and local institutions to design, implement, and evaluate effective health policies and programs that improve lives and build trust between communities and the systems meant to serve them.

At Success in Africa, we envision a continent where robust, resilient health systems enable all people to access quality care without financial hardship — paving the way for sustainable socio-economic growth. We aim to harness the outstanding expertise of our network of senior professionals in public health and international health to support the achievement of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Why We Were Created

Success in Africa was established to fill a critical gap: too often, global health interventions in Africa remain insufficiently aligned with national priorities or disconnected from the actual capacities and needs of local health systems and the communities they serve. By building a bridge between international agendas, national policies, and local system realities, we strive to ensure that health initiatives are better integrated, more sustainable, and truly impactful.
